At AxMarie Studios, we want you to shop with confidence. In the rare event that something goes wrong with your order, our Purchase Protection program ensures you’ll receive a full refund for qualifying purchases when:
Your template doesn’t arrive
Your template arrives ineffective
Your template arrives after the estimated delivery window
The template differs significantly from the description or photos (e.g., incorrect features or styles)

How to Get Your Refund
If you believe your order qualifies for the AxMarie Studios Purchase Protection, the first step is to reach out directly to me by starting a Help request. Most order issues can be resolved through direct communication.
If the issue remains unresolved 48 hours after your initial message, and the estimated delivery date has passed, please reach out again, and I will assist you in getting your refund. You may need to provide photos of any receipts.
Once your refund eligibility is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Guest Purchases
If you purchased as a guest, please connect your order to a new or existing account so you can be eligible for the Purchase Protection program.
